When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Mobile phone number — to communicate waitlist updates via WhatsApp.
  • Estimated portfolio size — to personalise your experience and estimate credit limits.
  • Referral data — referral codes and the identity of who referred you, to manage our referral programme.

We may also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, device information, IP address) through cookies and analytics tools to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and manage your waitlist registration.
  • To send you updates about your waitlist position and product launch via WhatsApp.
  • To operate the referral programme and track referral rewards.
  • To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve our website.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent provided when you join the waitlist. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 10), though this may affect your position in the waitlist.

  • Business partners — lending partners and payment processors, only when you actively proceed beyond the waitlist and provide additional consent.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
  • Lodge a grievance with us or, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days unless retention is legally required.

9. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies required for functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain your consent.
