1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pledge website at pledge.money (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pledge is a technology platform currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. The Service currently allows users to:

• Join a waitlist for early access to the Pledge product.
• Estimate potential credit limits based on self-reported portfolio sizes.
• Refer friends to earn potential waitlist benefits.

Important: Pledge does not currently offer any financial products, credit facilities, or lending services. All credit limits and financial figures shown on the website are illustrative estimates only and do not constitute an offer, commitment, guarantee, or pre-approval of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Service. By joining the waitlist, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Waitlist & Referral Programme

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product or service.
• Referral rewards (Priority Access, fee waivers) are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to remove users from the waitlist for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
• Waitlist position is determined by sign-up time and referral activity, and may be adjusted at our discretion.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Pledge website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The calculator, credit limit estimates, and savings projections are illustrative tools and should not be relied upon for financial decision-making.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Tax implications depend on individual circumstances — please consult a qualified tax advisor.

6. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service.
• Not create multiple waitlist entries to manipulate referral counts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the "Pledge" brand name, and software — is the property of Pledge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
